Shipping policy

All Items on DualSportEurope.co.uk are in stock in the UK unless otherwise indicated and we ship to the below locations from this site. For any orders from EU member states please shop from DualSportEurope.com where our warehouse is in France and  orders ship from there.

We ship the same or next business day with free shipping inside the United Kingdom only this includes Northern Ireland.

We also ship from this site to Norway, Switzerland and Isle of Man. where tax and shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout. If you are outside of those regions please contact us for a quote. 

Transit time in Shipping can take anywhere from next day to 3 days depending on your location, a tracking number will be provided the majority of our shipments are made using DHL or EVRI - if you prefer a different service please contact us BEFORE ordering.

 

We do ship to BFPO please allow an extra couple of days for despatch so we can create the correct labels and use the Post Office to send as this is the most reliable service for BFPO.

As soon as your shipping label is created you will receive a tracking link, however please be aware it can take 24 hours for a true delivery time to be calculated by the courier.
